Position Sought:South China Business Development Manager

Reporting Line:Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities:
Base on the strategic developing requirement, to fix on the possible shopping area in analytical scope and draft out the new branch expanding plan through evaluation and analysis in order to accomplish the targets of adding new stores
Aiming at target property, pass both effective internal and external negotiation to complete the contract signing of the new store
Assist market development director to consummate and renewal process and system of its section
Continuous and effective gathering, tracking and communication on landlord and property information, store up certain target of landlord and property information
Maintain and improve the communication with the landlord, support, coordinate the possible dispute caused by daily restaurant operation between the landlord and operating department
Top Requirements:
Familiar with expanding of catena brand business, knowledge in dining market
Good communication, negotiation ability, strong logic thinking and study ability
At least 5 years working experience in market expanding business and 2 years as management role(real estate related preferred
Diploma or above education background
Good English speaking and writing skill
Familiar with computer skill (word excel etc.)
