Position Sought:
General Manager of North China

Reporting Line:
COO

Key Responsibilities:
Formulating the developing plan for North China according to the company strategy.
Keep good relationship and external communication with landlord and supplier.
Leading north china team to achieve the annual target budget.
Initiating the addressing and store opening plan with developing team in North China.
Ensure service/product quality, improve satisfaction of customer.
Improve awareness for all brands of XNG according to the brand strategy in North China.
Establishing the advantages of talent resources in order to growth satisfaction of employee according to company’s HR strategy and plan.


Top Requirements:
10 years and above experience in related fields, including 5 years management experience
Hotel / Business / Management Bachelor degree or above
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
Able to travel frequently


Special Requirements:
Food industry management with the relevant knowledge of the hotel, kitchen food raw materials, basic knowledge of financial and legal regulations
A medium-sized hotel and catering management experience a plus
