Responsibilities Include:
Business Analyst will be participate in the insurance system development and maintenance of project implementation
Independently collect and analyze client's business requirement for system;
Identify the difference between system and client's requirement and provide the solution
Independently work out and implement the requirement documents and testing case by the language client required;
Conduct the system testing and provide support after implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor or above, insurance, mathematics or statistics related major;
Proficiency in English a must , ability to work independently in pure English environment;
More than 2 years’ relevant experience of core system development in big insurance company; Familiar with the whole process of insurance;
Experience of designing and implementing projects of insurance system in IT dept of insurance company is preferred;
Strong capability of analysis and cooperation;
Willing to travel;
With good communication and learning skills; a good team player.
