China Local Customer Quality Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities
Create and execute test plans based on business requirements.
Drive local market needs, understand customer issues and work to improve China customer satisfaction.
Establish and track quality metrics.
Identify structural problems and support solving them
Identify and submit key customer fixes based on CS inputs
Monitoring sites quality – provide metrics, identify structural problems and support solving them
Keep track of key global features that will impact China market and educate China business unit for each release and key changes.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree Required and Degree in computer science of technology is plus
Excellent Chinese language skills. Fluency in English is essential.
3-5 years experience in a fast-paced internet industry with an excellent understanding of QA methodology and the ability to work autonomously
Solid working knowledge of Web Applications
Solid experience with user experience concept and usability
Ability to document and track defects, as well as producing detailed reports using defect tracking tools
Team player, able to dealing with conflict, fast learner
Ability to automate testing desired
