Program Manager
This role is to be responsible for the project management, program implementation, and portfolio reporting of Consumer Business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Project manage (with appropriate tools) the progress of ongoing Consumer Business promotions, through liaisons with buyer marketing, merchant marketing, portal vendors etc., to ensure clear timeline, roles & responsibilities, accountability and effective step-by-step executions;
2.Proactively manage relationships with portal and logistics partners, and be the point of contact between them and PP’s multi-functions including buyer marketing, merchant marketing, product, customer service, to facilitate and help ‘connect the dots’ for buyer acquisition and usage campaigns;
3.Oversee the development of additional Consumer Acquisition portals and logistics paths, and ensure appropriate reporting mechanism is in place with these partners, for PP to measure performances and optimize campaign results;
4.Analyze portfolio performance data, monitor trends, identify root causes, and generate ongoing Consumer Business report;
5.Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic partnership candidates for PP Consumer Account Acquisitions other than banking partners, to support the rapid growth of buyer base in China;
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in a quantitative field of study from top university
At least 5 year working experiences;
Project Management experiences of complex cross-functional projects, and are familiar with Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel)
Online consumer portal experiences and or/ technical background is preferred
Years of experience in multi-national matrix organizations (ideally in China)
Relationship building capability with people at various levels
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely to influence organization decision making
Quantitative analysis experience is a plus
SQL knowledge is a plus
