职责描述
• 根据公司未来的业务发展目标及公司发展策略要求，制定相应的工作计划，根据公司在人员发展的要求，建立公司的培训体系，并能带领培训部门持续改善；
• 根据工作计划和培训需求制定年度培训预算和课程发展目标；
• 带领培训部门员工，在其他各个部门的协作下达成年度工作目标；
• 有效支持项目及业务部门的特殊培训需求；
• 负责部门人员的管理、辅导、绩效考核等部门管理工作；
• 兼任公司Leadership部分课程的讲师工作；

任职资格
• 大学本科以上学历，具备很强的理解和表达能力；
• 英语听说读写流利；
• 具有大型软件公司人员培训管理的工作经验；或成熟软件产品公司业务/产品相关培训部门超过2年以上实际工作经验；或在专业培训公司的工作经验；
• 具有团队管理，部门管理，培训开发超过2 年以上相关工作经验优先；
• 有GDC培训工作经验优先。
