Shipping Program Manager

Shipping Program manager will be responsible for development of new shipping programs with external shipping partners and sellers and internal functions such as product team, account management team, marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the project management, program implementation, and portfolio reporting of Consumer Business projects.
Project managing the progress of ongoing Consumer Business promotions.
Proactively manage relationships with portal and logistics partners.
Oversee the development of additional Consumer Acquisition portals and logistics paths.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic partnership candidates for PP Consumer Account Acquisitions other than banking partners.

Top Requirements:
At least 5 year Project Management experiences of complex cross-functional projects and online consumer portal background.
Be required to speak and write fluent English and Chinese.
Relationship building capability with people at various levels.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely to influence organization decision making.
Quantitative analysis experience is a plus.
Minimum Bachelor degree in a quantitative field of study from top university.
Good team player with collaborative approach.
